Dilmun water park to open on 4th March
Bahrains major water theme park, the Lost Paradise of Dilmun (LPOD), will re-open on 4th March.
The General Manager of LPOD, Paul Blunt, said that the opening has been planned a bit earlier this year due to the weather change and the excitement of the first F1 race happening in Bahrain in March.
Inviting one and all for the opening weekend, Paul Blunt said that the opening weekend would feature live music and competitions, besides the regular rides, slides and waves. These rides and attractions will be open for all from 11am to 6pm.
For a break from the fun-filled action, the guests could go in to watch movies, or have a cool drink or ice cream and relax at shady spots.
Last year, the park received good reception, as they have been working hard to secure rights to some fantastic family movies for this year, Blunt said. Those intending to check the movie schedule can log on to LPODwaterpark.com.
The Ladies Nights will begin in May and will run every Thursday from 6pm to midnight, featuring female DJs, who will be playing every weekend at LPOD,
LPOD is all set to offer a great opportunity to purchase an annual Splashdown Pass at reduced rates this season.
