Batelco launched e-billing service
As a part of its service enhancements, Batelco has launched e-billing service for business customers. Batelco is the first company in the country to offer electronic bills directly to the email account of the customers.
The free service permits customers to access their bills online and receive monthly bills directly to their email account.
Customers are also offered the option of paying their bills through the e-billing site with credit or debit cards.
The General Manager – Media and government relations at Batelco, Ahmed Al Janahi, said that e-billing is a major step in taking the lead in serving customers electronically.
The company introduced e-billing to meet the demand from customers. This has been one of the most heavily sought services, due to major popularity of electronic services that are easy to use, and are environmentally-friendly.
